In today''s society, stainless steel products in production generally after the polishing process, only a few products such as water heater, water dispenser liner does not need polishing etc.. So this requires materials polishing performance is very good. Factors influencing the polishing performance mainly has the following several points: The surface defects of raw material. Such as scratches, pits, pickling. The raw material problem. Too low hardness, polishing is not easy to polish (BQ is not good), and the hardness is too low, in deep drawing surface easy to appear the orange peel phenomenon, thus affecting the BQ. BQ of high hardness is relatively good. By the product drawing, area surface deformation can greatly small black spots and RIDGING, thus affecting the BQ.
Heat resistance refers to the high temperature stainless steel can still keep its excellent physical and mechanical properties. The influence of carbon: carbon in austenitic stainless steel is strong and stable form. Expanded austenite and austenite zone element. Carbon austenitic formation capacity is about 30 times of nickel, carbon is a gap by solid solution strengthening elements, can significantly improve the strength of austenitic stainless steel. Carbon can also improve the austenitic stainless steel in high concentration chloride (such as 42%MgCl2 boiling solution) in the stress corrosion resistance.
